We have new information on a Florida fugitive arrested in Eastern Kentucky.
The Pinellas Park, Florida Police Department say they have now charged Gregg Daughtery with murder.
Police say Daughtery and another man killed Gary Yarnell, 69, in May when they set his home on fire.
Police in Laurel County arrested Daughtery in the Keavy community Monday.
He will be sent back to Florida soon.
