Floyd County getting drug treatment facility

Through a partnership between Citizens National Bank, of Paintsville, First Commonwealth Bank, of Prestonsburg, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, local behavioral healthcare provider, Mountain Comprehensive Care Center, will receive $450,000 through an affordable housing program grant that will help construct a facility for the treatment of drug addiction.

The $1.1 million Stonecrest Substance Abuse Complex-Transitional Treatment center will be constructed with use of the $450,000 AHP grant, in addition to funding provided through Kentucky Housing Corp. ,Affordable Housing Trust Funds, a Veterans Administration grant, a foundation grant, and a cash contribution from Citizens National.
