MANCHESTER, Ky. (WYMT) - Clay County native Richie Farmer's house will be up for auction.
Farmer's house is being auctioned to help satisfy a foreclosure lawsuit on a mortgage loan of more than 300 thousand dollars plus interest.
Since leaving office in 2011 Farmer has gotten divorced, been the subject of an audit accusing him of misusing state workers and resources for personal gain.
He has yet to find employment.
The Lexington-Herald reports Farmer is recovering from hip replacement surgery.
