Former pastor found guilty sex abuse

HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - One former Harlan County pastor faces 20 year behind bars.

A jury found Jeremy Caraway guilty on four counts of sex abuse.

Prosecutors argued in court he sexually abused a girl younger than 14 years old who attended his church.

Caraway was the pastor of Loyall Church of God.

In an interview with WYMT, Caraway denied the allegations.

The Harlan Daily reports sentencing is scheduled for August 1st.
