A former Kentucky college student is indicted on felony charges.
Carlton Thompson, a former University of the Cumberlands student athlete, was indicted by a Whitley County grand jury on charges alleging that he unlawfully imprisoned and attempted to rape a woman in September.
Williamsburg Police say Thompson violated an emergency protective order at the time of the incident.
