Former drug court supervisor pleads not guilty on several charges

A former Perry County drug court supervisor, accused of embezzling more thousands of dollars in state funding, pleaded not guilty on Monday.

In an indictment, Teresa Huff is accused of abusing public trust, forging checks, and theft by unlawful taking.

If found guilty, she could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison.

Her bond is set at 20 thousand dollars.

She will back in court in August.
