Teresa Huff was once known for helping drug addicts turn their lives around but now she is in her own battle with the judicial system.

An indictment claims Huff embezzled thousands of dollars from the state and abused the trust of the community she served.

Huff and Judge Bill Engle formed Perry County's drug court years ago.

Engle was shocked to hear about the indictment but he remains confident in the drug court's future.

To ensure a fair trial, there will be a special judge appointed and a special prosecutor in Huff's case.
