Rounds of heavy rain will begin to move into the area later tonight, leading to the increased potential for flooding. A Flood Watch is in effect for the entire area from now through Thursday and a Winter Storm Warning goes into effect tomorrow. As we head into Wednesday, temperatures will drop and transition our rain to sleet and eventually to snow. Most of the area could see several inches of snow and sleet before it's all said and done. Keep it locked right here for updates.
Most people would agree it's an unusual way to make a point.
A Harlan County man who ran twice for governor went around the state capitol in a coffin.
Otis "Bullman" Hensley was in the coffin, on a trailer, and pulled by an SUV.
He said he did it to symbolize all the job killing that has happened in the state in the past years.
This isn't the first time he's put on a show.
Back in 2007 Hensley rode around the capitol on the back of a giant fiberglass bull.
