Former superintendent will plead guilty to vote-buying charges

We now know when the former superintendent of the Breathitt County School System plans to plead guilty in a federal vote-buying case.

Arch Turner is expected to be in court on July 24th for a re-arraignment.

Earlier this month, an attorney for turner filed a motion requesting a hearing for turner to plead guilty to several of the charges.

He's accused of being involved in a scheme to buy votes in the May, 2010 primary.

Turner resigned in May.

Ten others have pleaded guilty or have been convicted of taking part in vote-buying in the same election.
