Four facing charges following illegal gaming machine raid

Four people are facing charges in Whitley County following the discovery of several gambling machines at a local business.

The Corbin News Journal reports sheriff's deputies seized nine video gambling machines and nearly $400 in cash Wednesday afternoon.

Officers found the machines at the New Friendly Food Mart in Woodbine following a series of calls.

Four people, including the owner of the store and several employees, are facing charges.

Those arrested include:

Store owner, Mahindrakumar Patel, 48, of Williamsburg
Store manager, Nileshbhai Patel, 35, of Woodbine
Store employees, Dipa Patel, 35, and Pina Patel, 32, both of Woodbine
