EASTERN KENTUCKY (WYMT) - Officials with the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office have decided to reinstate four of the five Questcare EMS licenses that were suspended.
The Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services had temporarily suspended the licenses earlier this month.
Board officials claimed there were deficiencies that posed a risk to public safety.
The hearing officer did not reinstate the license for Martin County and it is still suspended.
KBEMES is considering appealing the decision.
