Four people indicted on heroin crimes

PRESTONSBURG, Ky.(WYMT)- Three inmates at the US Penitentiary Big Sandy and another person were indicted Friday on charges related to heroin.

The Floyd County Times reports Michael Degrasse is charged with possession of heroin and Rashena Church is accused of providing him with the drug.

In the remaining two indictments, Kelvin Dernard Badger and John Rice are charged with possession of heroin while in prison.

All of the individuals indicted face up to 20 years in prison and a 250 thousand dollar fine if convicted.
