HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - The Indiana fugitive caught in Harlan County who threatened to take his life in jail is now back in the Hoosier State.
Authorities there wanted Ralph North, 49, for a 1998 parole violation on a child molestation charge.
Harlan Police arrested him two weeks ago.
In an interview, North told us he was innocent and threatened to take his life instead of going to Indiana.
Harlan jail officials say Indiana authorities have picked him up and taken him to Indianapolis to face the charge.
