Funeral arrangements for victim in Harlan County murder case

A Harlan County man, who police say was murdered, will be laid to rest this weekend.

22 year old Jay Feltner was missing for almost two weeks.

Monday night, a man and his grandson found his decomposed body near a strip mine site outside of Cumberland.

On Thursday, state police opened a murder investigation in the case.

Visitation will be from noon until one Sunday afternoon at the Tri City Funeral home in benham.

The funeral will follow.

Feltner will then be buried at a family cemetery in London.
