There will be two new faces from our region on the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Commission.
Governor Beshear appointed Voncel Thacker of Hindman to represent the 7th district.
He replaces long-time commissioner Doug Hensley of Hazard.
Beshear also appointed Christopher Godby of Somerset to represent the 9th district.
He replaces Taylor Orr of London.
Their terms will expire in August of 2015.
