Grand jury indicts Wise County, VA man in murder case

WISE COUNTY, Va. (Bristol Herald Courier/WYMT) - A grand jury has indicted a Wise County, Virginia man accused of killing his father and stepmother.

The Bristol Herald Courier reports the indictment against 39 year old Mark Edward Coleman upgrades the charges to capital murder.

Police found human remains on the property at Coleman's Duncan Gap home last week.

They are still waiting on a positive ID, but police believe they are the bodies of the missing couple.
