More heavy thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon across eastern Kentucky. While they are not expected to be as widespread as the past few days, they will be slow movers and could cause more flooding in areas that are already saturated. PINEVILLE, KY. (WYMT) - The case of a former Bell County substitute teacher accused of sending obscene pictures to a student is going to the grand jury.
Earlier this month, Bell County Sheriff's Deputies charged 25-year-old Adam Scott Hunter with Use of a Minor Under 16 in a Sex Performance and Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors.
Investigators say Hunter sent pornographic pictures to a 14-year-old girl at the Page School in Pineville.
Tuesday during a preliminary hearing, the case was waived to the grand jury.
