PINEVILLE, KY. (WYMT) - The case of a former Bell County substitute teacher accused of sending obscene pictures to a student is going to the grand jury.

Earlier this month, Bell County Sheriff's Deputies charged 25-year-old Adam Scott Hunter with Use of a Minor Under 16 in a Sex Performance and Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors.

Investigators say Hunter sent pornographic pictures to a 14-year-old girl at the Page School in Pineville.

Tuesday during a preliminary hearing, the case was waived to the grand jury.
