A Rowan County Grand Jury has indicted a man after an investigation by the Attorney General’s Cybercrimes Unit.
The grand jury indicted 21-year-old Justin Holbrook on 10 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a Class D felony. The Rowan County Sheriff’s department arrested Holbrook Wednesday, he was released after posting a $7,500 bond.
The charges against Holbrook stem from an undercover investigation by the Cybercrimes Unit that began in June. A search warrant was executed at Holbrook’s home at the time.
