A grand jury will hear the case of a Laurel County father accused of leaving his son in a hot car for close to two hours.

London Police arrested Kenneth Scott Robinson last month after he found his two year old son in the car when he came out for lunch.

He told police he got distracted and forgot to take the boy to daycare.
