HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - A Harlan County man is also accused of assaulting a police officer.
Officials say 21 year old Brandon Cloud was in a fight with his girlfriend and when Harlan City Police officers tried to take him into custody, he fought with them.
He faces a list of charges including assault of an officer and terroristic threatening.
His bond is set at $10,000.
