HAZARD, Ky.(WYMT)- A Hazard woman has been indicted on federal charges.
Lois Elaine Smith was charged with illegally structuring deposits of more than four million dollars into the People's Bank and Trust Company.
A federal indictment says this happened between February of 2008 and June of 2010 in Perry county.
Smith could face five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
