Hearing next week for two men charged in Harlan County rape case

Two men who allegedly kidnapped and raped a Harlan County teen will be in court next week for a preliminary hearing.

Marcos Lopez and Gustabo Salinas were charged with the crime last week.

A juvenile was also charged with the crime but was later released from the Harlan County Detention Center.

The hearing is set for Monday.
