PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - The case of a Connecticut man accused of taking a teenage girl from Pineville will be heard by a grand jury.
David Hernandez was extradited back to Bell County earlier this month.
Investigators say on January 2nd, Hernandez took 14 year old Madison York more than 800 miles away.
Hernandez said the girl had an online relationship with his teenage son, and he thought she was 18.
He is charged with custodial interference and unlawful transaction with a minor.
