SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) - It looks like a historic Kentucky refinery will soon be operating again.
A spokesperson for the Continental Refining Company, which used to be the Somerset Refinery says it should be up and running by mid-December.
The Commonwealth Journal reports between 40 to 50 job positions will be filled when the refinery reaches full production.
