Home invasion suspect arrested

HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - A man believed to be involved in a Hazard home invasion is behind bars.

Hazard Police say they caught 20-year old James Scott Oden on Town Mountain.

Police think Oden broke into a house on Cedar Street early Sunday morning.

Police say Oden was caught by a house-sitter and got into a fight with them before getting away.
