A southeastern Kentucky hospital administrator has resigned.
John Henson had been the administrator at Baptist Regional Medical Center in Corbin for 18 years, but he resigned Tuesday.
Henson has been replaced by Anthony Powers.
Powers will serve as interim administrator at the 273 bed facility.
