Hostess brand Kentucky business closing

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) -- A Kentucky community is losing a business, due to Friday's bankruptcy filing by Hostess brands.

The State Journal reports the Butternut bread store in Frankfort is closing.

Hostess owns Butternut bread, along with 500 other bakery outlet stores.

According to the paper, the store put signs up about the closing and slashed prices yesterday.

The store manager and one other employee will lose their jobs because of the closure.
