Human remains recovered in Pulaski County woods

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) Officials in Pulaski County recovered human remains today in a remote wooded area off Elihu Cabin Hollow Road.

Investigators found several human bones, which are now being examined in Frankfurt.

Police say the remains have not been positively identified, but evidence at the scene suggests they may be those of John Beach, 34, of Somerset.

Beach was reported missing in April of 2013 in the same area after he and his brother ran out of gas.

The men began walking to find help and became separated.

Beach has not been seen since that time.

Investigators say no foul play is suspected at this time.

The incident remains under investigation by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office.
