Husband arrested for wife's murder in Logan County, WV

CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va (WYMT/WSAZ) -- Police have made an arrest in a murder in Logan County, West Virginia.

State Police say Gary Terry, 36, was charged with murder. His wife, Karen Blankenship, was found dead at the Roadway Inn in Chapmanville Sunday afternoon. They say the couple had been arguing.

Blankenship, 39, suffered severe head trauma, according to police. Terry is behind bars at South Central Regional Jail.
