After being shut down for hours, I-64 westbound is back open in Rowan County.
A UPS truck flipped on westbound I-64, near the 139 mile marker in Rowan County. The truck blocked both westbound lanes.
It took several hours to get the truck moved from the interstate.
State Police opened the roadway just after 6PM.
