Police are looking for an inmate they say did not return from work release.
Police say 25 year old Nacomah Harmon was last seen around 1:30pm Wednesday afternoon jumping into a blue four door Oldsmobile between the Hall of Justice and courthouse in downtown Pikeville.
He was wearing a green jumpsuit.
