Jabo's Restaurant in Hazard unveiled its new coal powered oven recently.
The coal powered oven was a surprise to customers and the owner says there are more surprises to come.
The oven cooks the pizzas at 800 degrees and it only takes three minutes to fix one.
The owner, Phillip "Jabo" Clemons says that he is proud to support the coal industry.
"It makes sense because we are coal, and we are about coal and our restaurant's theme is about coal," said Clemons.
Jabo's will also have a new menu in the next three weeks.
