The curtain was raised on another summer season at the Jenny Wiley Theatre in Prestonsburg.
Folks got to watch The Dixie Swim Club for the first time tonight.
Executive Director Martin Childers calls it a mix of Steel Magnolias and the Golden Girls.
He says he is looking forward to another season of great shows.
"Ticket sales are doing well. People are staying closer to home this year, so we think a lot of people in the area will come out, especially with the shows we offer. Because they're great family shows and a lot of people in our region want to see this stuff," said Childers.
The other shows this summer are Annie, the Frog Prince, and the Legend of Jenny Wiley.
