HAGER HILL, Ky. (WYMT) - Deputies in Johnson County are investigating a string of burglaries in five different places in the Hager Hill community.

The Big Sandy Community and Technical College Hager Hill campus, Ben's Tires, Apple Valley Sanitation, Christian Appalachian Project and Martin's Peterbilt all reported burglaries.

Deputies say they do believe all of them are connected.

They say the thieves took tools, scrap metal, trailers and even a truck.

"As of right now we don't have any suspects but I know evidence has been submitted to the lab. We're hoping that will shed a little light on somebody or somewhere to look," said Johnson County Sheriff Dwayne Price.

Deputies did find one of the trailers that had been loaded with scrap metal.

The truck was recovered in Pike County.

Anyone with information should contact the Johnson County Sheriff's Office.
