Johnson County man cited for growing marijuana

Deputies say they got an anonymous call about the plants at a home in Thealka.

THEALKA, Ky. (WYMT) - A Johnson County man was cited for growing marijuana on Thursday.

Deputies say they got an anonymous call about the plants.

When they got to the home in Thealka, they say they found two plants growing upstairs.

We're told Terry Marshall, who was at the home, admitted the plants were his.

He was cited for cultivating marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
