Judge denies release of two charged in alleged hate crime

A federal judge denied a release for two eastern Kentucky men charged with an attack on a gay man in Harlan County.

The judge said that 20-year-old Anthony Ray Jenkins and 37-year-old Jason David Jenkins will remain in custody until their June trial.
