Judge is awaiting Judicial Conduct Commission's decision

There is still no decision by the Judicial Conduct Commission concerning alleged wrongdoing by Harlan County Circuit Judge Russell Alred.

The decision is expected soon, we're told possibly by Friday.

Judge Alred is accused of violating ethics laws.

A hearing was held two weeks ago in London.
