A jury finds that a local hospital and nursing home provided inadequate care.
The jury awarded 60 year old Anna Ambrose's son, Mark, more than $260,000.
Ambrose filed the suit in 2007 following his mother's death.
The suit alleged that Hazard ARH and the Hazard Nursing Home failed to treat his mother's condition and that they were negligent.
