To the delight of UK fans everywhere, the Cardinal floor in the KFC Yum! Center has been covered up by a special floor sent from the NCAA.

It looks like every other floor used in the first two rounds of the tournament.

Crews have also been busy inside blacking-out ads that are a fixture inside the arena because of NCAA Tournament sponsorships.

But the "road" to the final four includes everything from highways to side streets. Police in Louisville are counting down until fans start coming in.

"This is going to be an exciting experience for Louisville and for our city so we can showcase and show people what we're about," explained Andrea Brown with the Louisville police department. She continued, "We want it to be safe as possible."

Additional officers will be on traffic and parking detail to help with congestion and to let folks know about additional parking.

For the first time, Jefferson Community College and Humana are opening their lots on game nights .

"We just try to put on a good show for all the teams that are coming.. And all the fans that are coming down to Louisville," Brown said.
