Kentucky State Police have confirmed a child in southern Kentucky has been shot.
It happened around 5:30pm Wednesday on Old Bethel Church Road, off Highway 90 in Wayne County. We're told it's near the community of Zula.
State Police say an 11-year-old child shot his or her 9-year-old sibling.
We're told it appears to have been an accident.
They're not releasing any more information right now on the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
