KY 451 in Perry County will be closed for repairs Saturday and Sunday

From the Ky Department of Transportation:

JACKSON, KY – In order to replace a drainage pipe, the Kentucky Department of Highways plans to close KY 451 in Perry County on Saturday and Sunday, June 23-24.

The closing will be between mile markers 19 and 20. The project will begin around 8 a.m. Saturday and will continue until approximately noon on Sunday.

During this time, the road will be closed to all through traffic.No marked detour will be posted, but drivers can use KY 15 and KY 28 as an alternate route. Drivers should plan their trips accordingly.

In case of inclement weather, the closing will be postponed until a later date.
