LEXINGTON, Ky. (WYMT) - Kentucky Agriculture Commissioner James Comer will talk about his support for the hot button issue of industrialized Hemp in Lexington on Thursday.
He plans to address his proposal, which would allow Hemp to be grown as a cash crop.
Comer has promised those who are reluctant in law enforcement that the Hemp would be carefully tracked by his office.
