An Eastern Kentucky doctor was one of the runners in the Boston Marathon.
Dr. Ronald Dubin says he was four or five miles from finishing the race when the bombs went off.
He says he thinks about the tragedy in Boston often but knows he will be back next year.
“It's kind of hard. I do know that I will be back next year. Everybody I’'ve talked to are committed to go back,” Dr. Dubin said.
Dr. Dubin says he plans on visiting the family that took him in during the emergency when he returns to Boston
