A Winchester couple will be watching the big game on Saturday from their home.

Michael & Lisa Pickett married last April during the Final Four weekend.

Lisa, is a diehard Kentucky fan. "UK and the Big Blue Nation all the way," she says.

But her husband, is a diehard Louisville fan. "I don't like anything about Kentucky, nothing," Michael will tell you.

The two met about three-years ago through mutual friends and have been together ever since, now living a 'House Divided' relationship.

"It's amazing that we're married, but it works out," Lisa said, while laughing.

The newlyweds, kind of, celebrated in style, with a Kentucky-Louisville theme.

"We had it all, blue and red everywhere," Lisa said.

When guests arrived at the church, they weren't asked if they were there for the bride or groom. They were asked, are you a Wildcat or Cardinal fan?

"We just wanted it to be fun, like us, and it really was," said Lisa.

The couple admits, during past house-divided games, it's gotten ugly.

"We start out on the couch, watching the game together, then he starts yelling at the TV and I'm yelling at him," Lisa explained. "So he moves down to the basement and I'm still yelling down the stairs at him."

While both are very spirited, they say, it's all in good fun at the end of the day.

"I mean the loser might pout for a while, but we get over it eventually," Lisa and Michael said together.

Never expecting their Kentucky teams would meet in the Final Four, the Pickett's planned their one-year anniversary for Saturday night as well.

"We moved up the reservation time, don't worry," said Michael.

"Yeah, so we're going to celebrate our anniversary, then hopefully not get divorced by Sunday, is the goal," Lisa said with a grin.

That's one thing they can both agree on. But as for the Kentucky team they root for, will always leave these two divided.

"This is going to be fun stuff, and it's going to make it a memorable first anniversary, that's for sure."
