Kentucky democrats have filed an ethics complaint against Agriculture Commissioner Richie Farmer.
The complaint, filed Tuesday, accuses Farmer of using a state account to buy a refrigerator for his home.
Farmer's spokesman says the running mate of republican candidate for governor David Williams actually bought two refrigerators last month.
One refrigerator was meant to be used when Farmer works from home.
The other refrigerator has not yet been found.
