Kentucky leads the nation in a new survey, but it's nothing health officials will be proud of.
We looked through some data from the Gallup-Healthways well-being index and it shows Kentucky has the highest percentage of smokers of any state.
The data found 29% of Kentuckians say they smoke.
Ten other states, all in the south and Midwest, also have smoking rates at 25% or higher.
Utah had the lowest smoking rate in the country at 11%.
