The rain will transition over to snow as we head into mid to late morning across the area. We will see the chances for light accumulation in the valley areas with 1-3" possible on the ridge tops above 2000 feet. Slick spots are possible on untreated roads. A Kentucky lawmaker is introducing legislation this week that, if passed, would make medical marijuana legal in the Bluegrass.
Louisville Senator Perry Clark will hold a news conference Thursday to announce the bill he's calling the Gatewood Galbraith Memorial Medical Marijuana Act.
Galbraith, a perennial candidate for governor, who died in January, supported making marijuana legal.
The proposed legislation would make Marijuana a schedule two drug.
