Knox County daycare owner back in court

A daycare owner accused of keeping five children in a hot attic will be back in court Tuesday.
Lorinda Tuttle pleaded not guilty to criminal abuse last Monday.
Police in Knox County say they found the children in the attic among broken glass, loose wiring and even dead animals.
Tuttle is currently out of jail on bond but Steve Owens of the Barbourville Police Department is expected to ask the judge to revoke her bond.
Tuttle says she has done nothing wrong.
