Knox County man arrested for throwing tacks on to a busy road

A Knox County man is accused of throwing tacks onto Highway 223, flattening peoples tires.

Deputies say Jim Mills of Flatlick admitted to doing it.

He was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
